Total Shoulder Replacement - this was my second total shoulder replacement, both shoulders are now done. I was referred to Tiffany by my in home physiotherapist Victor, he highly recommended her. I cannot say enough about how amazing she… More was, from the first consultation it was night and day from the first shoulder rehab ( different physiotherapy company ) Tiffany is worth every penny and then some. I had physiotherapy weekly and sometimes twice a week. Every session was a different exercise and not a repeat of the previous session like other rehab facilities I’ve been too. I was extremely diligent in my exercises she gave me for home. I was able to resume my 5 days a week at the gym in about 4 months, and at 5 months I had no limitations.
